BabyLock(이하 “앱”)은 사용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

- 본 앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 이름/전화번호/이메일 등 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 본 앱은 기본 기능 제공을 위해 사용자가 선택한 사진/영상의 URI(기기 내 파일 접근 경로)를 기기에 로컬로 저장할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 터치 잠금 오버레이, 사진/영상 미리보기/재생, 투명 잠금 기능 제공 목적에만 사용됩니다.
3. 보관 및 파기
- 데이터는 사용자의 기기에 로컬 저장되며, 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
- 본 앱은 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 위탁하지 않습니다.
5. 권한(permissions) 안내
- 다른 앱 위에 표시(오버레이): 터치 잠금 화면을 표시하기 위해 필요합니다.
- 접근성 서비스(Accessibility Service): 볼륨키 조합 등으로 잠금 기능을 제어하기 위해 사용될 수 있습니다. 개인정보 수집/전송 목적이 아닙니다.

1. Information We Collect
- The App does not require sign-up and does not collect personal information such as name, phone number, or email.
- To provide core features, the App may store the URI of the photo/video you selected locally on your device. This data is not transmitted off the device.

- Only to provide core functionality (touch lock overlay, preview/play selected media, transparent lock).
3. Data Retention
- Data is stored locally on your device and is removed when you clear app data or uninstall the App.
4. Sharing
- We do not share personal data with third parties.
5. Permissions
- Display over other apps (Overlay): required to show the touch-lock overlay.
- Accessibility Service: may be used to control lock/unlock via volume-key triggers. Not used for collecting or transmitting personal data.
